Recently, DBG Vietnam welcomed an important moment of strategic expansion – the signing ceremony for the second phase land purchase was held grandly. The newly purchased land is located in Thai Nguyen Province, An Binh Industrial Park, Vietnam, with an area of over 70000 square meters. It will be used for the construction of the second phase of intelligent factories to meet the continuously growing demand for orders. This measure marks the further consolidation of DBG’s overseas strategic layout and the entry of a new stage in the globalization process.
In recent years, DBG has continued to deepen its cooperation with strategic partners such as Huaqin Technology and Lingyi Itech, and its business has maintained strong growth. Especially with the rapid increase in overseas orders, the existing production scale is no longer able to meet market demand. To ensure the supply of production capacity and optimize the allocation of production resources, DBG Vietnam actively promotes land acquisition and factory expansion. The newly acquired land is adjacent to the existing factory area, with a superior geographical location and reasonable planning. It will be used to build intelligent manufacturing workshops, modern warehousing and logistics centers, and related supporting functional areas, laying a solid foundation for improving overall production capacity and efficiency.
Overview of DBG Vietnam Project
DBG Vietnam, jointly invested and constructed by DBG, industry giants Huaqin Technology, and Lingyi Itech, is our important overseas production and manufacturing base.
The first phase of the project was laid in April 2021 and officially opened in May 2023, covering an area of 200000 square meters with a construction area of approximately 300000 square meters. It includes 8 factory buildings, integrating office buildings, intelligent workshops, canteens, and living facilities.
In August 2025, an additional 13000 square meters of land will be used to construct employee dormitories. After the project is completed, it will provide stable and comfortable accommodation for approximately 5000 employees.
In September 2025, more than 70000 square meters of land will be purchased for the second phase of the project, with a planned construction area of 125000 square meters. Three new factory buildings and supporting facilities such as canteens and garages will be built.
After the completion of the second phase project, DBG Vietnam will occupy a total area of over 280000 square meters, becoming our largest overseas production base and further strengthening our global customer service capabilities.
This land purchase is another important milestone in the development process of DBG Vietnam, fully reflecting the firm confidence and long-term planning for future growth. After the completion of the new factory area, it will significantly increase overseas production capacity and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of DBG in the international market.
In the future, DBG Vietnam will rely on new land resources to accelerate the construction of production bases and achieve capacity release as soon as possible. At the same time, the project will introduce more intelligent devices and advanced management systems, committed to building the Vietnam production base into a benchmark factory in DBG’s global layout, further deepening cooperation with global customers, expanding business areas, enhancing market share and core competitiveness, and providing customers with higher quality and efficient product manufacturing services.
