In 2022, DBG forged ahead in the epidemic, faced to changes and opportunities, honed in challenges, actively explored new businesses, ushered in chances of automotive electronics, new energy, etc., and started a transition.
In 2023, DBG will expand new businesses, optimize its product structure, strengthen layout of product and customer in automotive electronics, new energy, etc., and seize the opportunity to win broader development space!
In order to comprehensively review the work of the past year, further clarify the goals and make plans for next year, the DBG’s 2023 Business Conference with the theme of “Expanding New Businesses & Striving for Win in Changes” was successfully held from January 17 to 18, 2023. Middle and senior management personnel from the headquarters, domestic and overseas subsidiaries attended this meeting to review and summarize over the past year of DBG, and jointly look forward to the development in 2023.
The meeting was summarized and reported by the leaders of each business division, department, and subsidiary of the company. Summarizing and sorting out the completion status, achievements, and shortcomings for 2022, it set new goals and plans for 2023.
Reviewing 2022, faced with multiple pressures, under the direction of the leadership of the group, DBG members kept work hard to achieve the company’s goal, actively explored new business, made successful breakthroughs in multiple businesses, and prepared for high-quality development for next year.
01 Delivery of the first batch of products for the Micro Inverter Project in DBG Jiaxing, focusing on the new energy;
02 Becoming a member of the internationally famous automotive supply chain; Formal delivery of Valeo project products;
03 Smart Wearing Project ushers in new development opportunities;
04 EMS Providers Global Top 50 List, ranking Top 20;
05 DBG (Vietnam) Phase I project has successfully passed the completion acceptance, and promote the globalization process steadily;
06 Domestic and overseas subsidiaries have new achievements in production;
07 QC team won the “International QCC Golden Award”.
Vice General Manager Su Zhibiao comprehensively summarized the work of the group in 2022 and made the main business indicators and work policies of the group in 2023. This year, we had been focusing on our core business, promote new business layouts, continuously strengthening technological innovation in adversity. In 2023, we must closely focus on the company’s goal, coordinate the development of various departments, and jointly create a new brilliance for DBG.
Board Chairman and General Manager Tong Kin Hing fully recognized all employees’ hardworking in 2022 and expressed sincere gratitude. Mr. Tong pointed out that 2022 is a year of transition for DBG under complex situations and competition, the company was committed to hard work and continuous breakthroughs. 2023 is a year of opportunities and challenges. We should adhere to quality first and Lean production, and continue to provide customers with high qualified products and services. We need to strengthen highly educated talent reserve for further development.
Regarding the plan for next year, Mr. Tong stated that the company will further optimize product structure and make great efforts on consumer electronics, at the same time, it will focus on the automotive electronics and new energy，and promote transition and worldwide strategic layout to become a global leading EMS provider.
At the end of the meeting, the 2023 Ceremony is solemnly opening! The senior leaders of the company gave an inspiring declaration, which made us firmly believed that DBG will have new development and create brilliant achievements in 2023!
