After becoming the only qualified intended transferee of All Circuits S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as AC Company) through the Beijing Property Rights Trading Center at the end of 2024, DBG’s acquisition of AC Company has recently made new progress. On March 3, 2025, DBG and the transferor officially signed a property rights transaction contract. Mr. Tang Jianxing, Chairman of DBG, Mr. Yuan Ning, Chairman of Aerospace Technology, Bruno RACAULT, CEO of AC Company, and relevant leaders from both the buyer and seller attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
With the signing of this property rights transaction contract, we will proceed with various subsequent declaration and review work. If everything goes smoothly, we are expected to complete the transaction within the year. This also means that DBG has taken a crucial step in its long-term development strategy. At that time, DBG will further expand its global footprint, truly establish a global layout to address geopolitical challenges, and provide products and services to global customers. On the other hand, while consolidating its market position, DBG will have a synergistic effect with AC Company’s industrial and technological capabilities, further enhancing the company’s core competitiveness and comprehensive strength, injecting new impetus into its long-term development.

We have manufacturing bases in Huizhou, Guangdong, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, Shanghai, India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. In the future, with the completion of the acquisition of AC Company, DBG will have its own production and manufacturing bases in Europe (France), North Africa (Tunisia), and North America (Mexico).

After the acquisition is completed, DBG will build a global system with over 150 SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines, design offices, and complementary industry specialized comprehensive production capabilities.
